Sort Quiz is an asynchronous quiz game where players sort answers, play rounds, invite friends, and view match results. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using Sort Quiz, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

Profile information: display name, avatar settings, selected language, and the local or server user ID used to keep your profile and matches connected.

Gameplay information: match IDs, invite status, selected question language, categories, round answers, scores, timing, match outcomes, rematch requests, ranking information, and match history.

Device, usage, and diagnostics information: information about your device, app version, settings, app activity, interactions, performance, and errors.

Invite information: invite codes and invite links are used to let players join games.

We use PostHog to understand how people use Sort Quiz, improve gameplay, measure retention, diagnose problems, and make the product better.

PostHog may collect information about app usage, screen views, interactions, sessions, device and app properties, and related metadata. On supported platforms, we may use session replay to help understand bugs, usability issues, and product behavior.

We use information to create and maintain player profiles, run friendly, ranked, and bot matches, calculate scores, show match history, support invites and rematches, prevent duplicate submissions, improve the app, monitor reliability, and keep the service secure.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand gameplay balance, category popularity, retention, and app performance.

We do not sell personal information.

We share information with service providers that help operate the app, including hosting, database, analytics, and infrastructure providers. These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse or security issues.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Sort Quiz, maintain match history, improve the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You can choose the display name and game language used in the app.

Sort Quiz is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Sort Quiz and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When information is processed internationally, we take steps intended to protect it according to applicable law.
